BUR #853 has been rejected.

remove alias hina_(dress)_(blue_archive) -> hina_(blue_archive)
create implication hina_(dress)_(blue_archive) -> hina_(blue_archive)

hina_(dress)_(blue_archive) should be imply, not alias
