Sorry to ask but I've looked around to find no answer, what are the specific guidelines (if any) used to judge the quality of pending posts and approve or disapprove them? I guess glaringly bad anatomy and an overall lack of detail would disqualify a post, are posts also disapproved for being low res (512x512, 448x640)? Or is it up to the tastes of the approvers?

Considering the restrictions on upscaling, and that most AIs generate that size or less by default, I don't think the size will get you not approved. If your curious what the approvers like, I might suggest going to some of their user pages and looking through their favorites.
