Bara should be allowed

Hello,

I'm new here and I just want to bring up something that I find to be odd.

Why is Bara prohibited content? I understand why realistic loli and shota is against the rules ... but bara is just porn for gay men that like muscular men.

heck, just searching the tag for muscular_male I find post like:

post #13202, post #31898, post #34593, post #36372 and post #37687
(I included post 34593 because that was furry boy which means furry is allowed)

The approvers here seems to be okay with muscular men, possible bara images in the booru certainly furry is allowed.
Heck, check out post #34942 and post #45396. One is shota and the other is furry

so why not bara for our gay audience which will help ai-booru be more inclusive of everybody that wants to use it.

And I'm not even a big bara guy. I just think there's room enough for everybody and their tastes.

So TL:DR I just want the rules to be changed to allow Bara to be included in this booru.

I certainly don't wanna see that stuff... but that's what the blacklist is for, not rules. By all means, remove that restriction.

It was banned because Talulah didn't like it and didn't want to see it.

While I probably wouldn't approve any of it, the rule is stupid so I'm in favor of dropping it.

I am also in favour of dropping it. It doesn't make sense to ban one specific category that isn't that much more offensive or disturbing than some other allowed topics like guro

Uploaded by our current admin and approved by the sites owner.

It's clearly "bara" and is rated questionable by the previous owner who made the rule in the first palce???!!! ... so what the heck?!!!

it was Talulah who disapproved of bara not @Lyren or @Fredgido

Yeah it was approved by Fred, NOT Talulah and was uploaded 4 days before bara was added as banned content to the rules.

Edit: It was also posted at a time when Talulah was still the owner of the site.

I didn't say it was approved by Talulah! If you check there tag history of the post. She changed the rating for the post to questionable!!!

So those images are totally acceptable even with current rules. That said, as it does seem like a mutual agreement that it doesn't have to be a rule anymore, it's just up to @fredgido agree that the rule can be changed to remove bara from the prohibited content.

Since this is also related to a (currently) banned content subject, I think it's fair to ask if scat content should also be allowed on the site?

Someone just uploaded a scat post and since it's disallowed, it was deleted/banned, but it made me think of this subject because while it's definitely niche content, I fail to see a reason it shouldn't also be allowed (as long as it's AI) other than people disliking it (but it can be blacklisted anyway, so...)

I can say it doesn't interest me whatsoever, but I want to see what other thoughts are about it.

I don't mind that, but I think you should auto poot scat into people's blacklist if you do that.

Fred would have to do that, but it used to be there. There's an account setting that automatically hides niche content too.

That is true, but, people may want to see some niche content such as loli, but not see scat. Of course people can also manually put in a blacklist, but users don't always know how to or refuse to.

Hi, @ANJU here. I made a new acc to see what's in the blacklist by default and it's only scat and guro. I believe Fred is the only one who can actually change what accounts have blacklisted by default, but I have no idea if it affects pre-existing accounts.

I will say that if a user refuses to blacklist stuff they detest, that's not the fault of the site. It exists for a reason so it's not an "issue" I'm concerned about.
