Name for the Korean version of the fox spirit, largely analogous to the Japanese kitsune and Chinese huli jing (although, traditionally, kumiho are much more likely to be murderous and evil than playful and nice).
Although Kumiho/Gumiho is the Korean pronunciation for the hanja/hanji "nine-tailed fox", they don't always have nine tails.
Notable examples include Ahri from League of Legends, and SCP-953.
