A Virtual Youtuber and member of hololive Indonesia 3rd generation. A descendant of a long-running family of rain shaman who have joined the secret agency to learn about technology in order to keep her family business afloat. Her name is a pun on kobokan air, an Indonesian word for a finger water traditionally used by Southeast Asians to clean their hands while eating. Her personal emoji is ☔ (raining umbrella).
Wily and energetic, Kobo is known for her thick "young Southeast Asian" accent and a fitting childish (and occasionally clumsy) personality. Uncharacteristically for a shaman (though somewhat fits her lore), Kobo is proficient in programming, notably creating an interactive profile website for her debut stream.
