The first month in the Georgian and Julian calendars, which has 31 days. Use this tag when the month's full name appears in the post, whether by itself, as part of a celebration or birthday, or on a calendar. In Japan, it is written as 一月 (ichigatsu), although 1月 is acceptable and can be tagged as January.
