finnish flag
The flag of Finland. A blue Nordic Cross on a white background.
Designed in the 19th century and officially adopted in 1918.
Variant flags typically feature the lion-themed coat of arms added on the center of the cross. The temporary state flag of 1917—1918 was entirely based on the coat of arms.
