A character in Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha, one of the highest-ranked mages in the Time-Space Administration Bureau. Son of Admiral Lindy Harlaown.

His Intelligent Device is called Durandal, though he is sometimes seen with S2U, the Storage Device he had before acquiring Durandal in A's.

His seiyuu is Takahashi Mikako in the original series and A's, and Sugita Tomokazu in StrikerS.

In the Triangle Heart 3 Lyrical Toy Box continuity, he was named Chrono Harvey and served an antagonistic role.
