Any romantic and/or sexual depiction between males, doesn't matter if it's mutual or one-sided.

If it's mutual, consider adding the couple tag.

Don't use shounen ai / boy love as a tag; use yaoi rating:s or yaoi rating:q to search instead.
Use the bisexual male tag where appropriate instead of the yaoi tag.
This tag doesn't necessarily apply to objects that characters are holding, like the cover of a manga that someone is holding.
