Selen Tatsuki (セレン龍月) is a dragon girl virtual youtuber in Nijisanji EN's second wave, Obsydia.
Character design by Kamameshi Gougoumaru. Her fans are called Dragoons and her personal emoji is 🏆 (trophy).
She is a dragon tamer and racer who loves winning, and is canonically (but not really) Elira Pendora's sister, both by sharing the same character designer and in her lore as the Lunar Sky Dragon.
Appearance
Selen has medium purple hair in twin braids with hairclips and ahoge, heterochromia blue and purple eyes, and pointy ears that are usually obscured by her purple head wings. She wears a black sweater with a race bib (often with a lanyard on), purple sweatpants, and untied black and purple sneakers. She also wears a black nail polish and a white shirt underneath her sweater. Due to her instability when transforming into a human form, she has asymmetrical arms. Her left arm retains it's monstrous appearance (with a wristband and wrapped by bandages) and she has a large dragon tail.
Like her genmates, Selen follows the "military idol" theme on her second outfit as she wears a collared sleeveless, sideboob-exposed blue gradient dress holded with a purple belt with a pouch on her waist, and a long-sleeved blue coat on her shoulders. She also wears a black garrison cap on hear head, which is also in a very long ponytail hairstyle, a pair of glasses, a wristwatch, a single fingerless black glove, black belts around her right arm and left thigh, which the latter is attached by another pouch, a pair of black boots and several jewelry. Her dragon, Ember, is also given a pair of goggles and a collared black jacket.
Personality and trivia
She is known for her upbeat personality and infectious laughter. She is a skilled Apex Legends player, and has talked on stream about her pre-Nijisanji experience getting to the Apex Predator rank, which is comprised of the game's top 500 players. She is also generally good at games outside the first-person shooter genre.
She often appears with her black dragon with a muzzle around his mouth named Ember.
