Rainbow Dash is a blue pegasus with a multicolored mane, and one of the primary characters in My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic. Rainbow Dash lives by herself and works as a weather coordinator. During her obscenely large amounts of time off from this job, she is either being lazy or practicing her aerobatics in hopes of being accepted into the "Wonderbolts" stunt flight team. She enjoys pranks, as long as no harm is done by them. Rainbow Dash is very narcissistic and seems to have a very inflated ego. Despite this, she would do anything to help her friends. Her biggest flaw is her ego, which can lead to anxiety about maintaining her image as the coolest pony in town. In episodes involving the Elements of Harmony, she represents the Element of Loyalty.
