When performing, Mirei has short curly blonde hair with cone hair buns and blue eyes. Her default PriPara costume includes red and blue hair bows, a short frilled multicolored dress with a layered skirt, striped thighhighs and mismatched high heel knee boots.
Normally, she has long brown hair with blunt bangs that's tied in a ponytail, brown eyes and wears under-rim glasses. Usually seen wearing Paprika Private Academy school uniform.
