Are AI images that are edited in a program like photoshop allowed ss long as the original image AI generated?

Its allowed as long as it isn''t mainly redraw, that is if an artist just took it as a reference and drew.
So overlaid speech bubbles, tiny fixes on anatomy are allowed but not entirely desirable.
Please don't do fetish edits like tattoos, cum, skin color changes, etc.
Basically If its of good taste and only adds to the image by minimally editing then its fine.
Well definitely not a redraw, but not sure if some like this would be considered too edited to be allowed.

Of course, pretty sure it would be proper to tag it as being edited at all.
