If you posted something to you tube featuring any kind of Nazi or Hitler based imagery you are likely to have it deleted unless it is clearly being used for education purposes or other legitimate purposes, such as a documentary. This is not that. The fact that four images so far have been posted, I would argue that someone is indeed posting out of admiration. One image, fine, four? Yeah that is getting a bit much. The hidden image trick was only clever once.
Now, whether it gets uploaded here is neither here nor there, its not in any rule I can find and the themes that both you and I post can also be considered offensive by some, but last time I looked lolis and small breasts were not responsible for anything up to 75mill combined deaths.
Yet it gets approved, negative comments gets down voted and artists struggling to contribute and post some work at one of the very few places that allow certain themes get snubbed.
The moderation here feels completely broken.
Agreed, the site badly needs a community driven moderation system or at least a LOT (like several times more) more people in approver roles.
Just on quality alone I don't think the latest 3 images posted by this account should have been approved, they look fine as thumbnails but when you actually look at them they're very low quality.
Regarding the fact it's Hitler in the images I don't care about that as much, I don't believe featuring him in an image is admiration or mocking victims, it's not showing him in any positive light and was definitely just used as shock value to get reactions.
If you personally don't want to see him in images I'd suggest either adding adolf_hitler or the uploader to your blacklist.

Years ago, after visiting a fascinating Shunga exhibition at the British Museum, I researched this topic (purely out of interest in art, of course):
